-> Presentation, Creativity/ Theme  - 10%
-> Sufficiency - 25%
-> Appearance - 15%
-> Taste - 30%
-> Hygiene - 20%

PENALTIES:
-> 10% off for exceeding budget
-> 50% off for using MSG/Stock
